Comments to the papers. New web application

Is already available an application to make formal comments referred to the journal’s papers. Those brief texts should follow specific guidelines and they can be sent with the “add new comment” application located at the end of the HTML version of each paper.

Such a mechanism for texts’ discussion is part of the dynamics of debate and exchange of ideas that (con)textos aims to promote. We invite you to use it and help us to make this journal an interactive forum of formation and reflection.

Guidelines for comments:

- Comments should be argued reflections that react to texts published in (con)textos. The aim is to contribute new elements to the discussion by endorsing or criticizing the general argument or some aspects of the texts, and by complementing, comparing or contrasting the reading with other ethnographical examples or references.

- Comments should contain between 250 and 1500 words, including bibliography.

- Bibliographic references where used should follow the style model specified in our general submission guidelines.

- As with other texts, comments will be published under a  Creative Commons licence Attribution-Non-Commercial-No Derivate Works 2.5 Spain.

- The Editorial Board of (con)textos reserves the right not to publish submitted comments when these do not respect these formal criteria, or when they lack minimum quality standards of seriousness and scientific rigor.
